Updates!

 Bit of an update,

I made brief mention of my current case being in the Appellate court. My attorney has written a beautiful opening brief, now I get an opportunity to write a statement of additional grounds. I have submitted a public records request to the sentencing county and have needed to request three continuances now equaling 10 weeks while I wait. This recent one was my last barring compelling circumstances. Well, appeals are filled with fun drama as long as you are on the outside looking in so I figured I'd share my current predicament and how I have chosen too deal wit it. Following this post I will send the letters I've written to the prosecution and the court. 1NF@MOUS!

To: Office of Prosecuting Attorney M.E Robnett/ Civil Division 930 Tacoma Ave S, Room 946 Tacoma, WA 98402-2171 From: 1NF@MOUS! DOC No. 303*34, Unit: 10-B01-L 1313 N 13th AVE Walla Walla, WA 99362 RE: Check reimbursement and Next installment(s) of records request March 31, 2025 Ms. Robnett and Whoever this may concern, Upon receiving itemized breakdowns detailing record types and page numbers in separate subcategories, I was led to believe your offices were in possession of the records in question. And by your detailed breakdown of these records, your offices were fully prepared to dispatch the records request upon receipt of payment. $0.15 per page, plus the number of pages your office told me will be in each installment is not difficult to calculate. So, I released the funds for the first, second, and third installments. This was not in conflict with any of the stringent guidelines in your initial letters of introduction, which very specifically dictated what was required to begin our transaction. Receiving a letter with the first installment and returned payments for the second and third installments stating, we are returning these checks to you because your account does not a balance due for either of those amounts and the next installment of records will be available to you on or before Tuesday, April 22, 2025 is unacceptable in any type of professional or transactional matter. Two conclusions can be drawn from this maneuver, 1.Your offices are in disarray and unprepared to fulfill a simple public records request and receipt of payments. 2.This is a dilatory tactic to complicate receipt of records, squeezing me against the appellate courts deadline and a period you deem fit to grant me access to the next installment(s). If there are possibilities I overlooked for this gambit the Appellate Court may find acceptable, please let me know. Otherwise, On April 10, 2025, I will release two more payments to your offices as stipulated by you in your letter at $0.15 per page, per section of the itemized installment document (pages. 12-83) and (pages. 84-225), plus postage based upon USPS ground rates per installment. Thank you for your time! 1NF@MOUS!
